What to avoid

MS FrontPage: it messes up the source file and insert its own formatting
into the HTML.
Validate the new page(s)
HTML mistakes will happen, e.g. the omission of closing html tags
such as
</div>.
What looks fine with one browser may be a disaster in another, therefore:
Check several browsers

Definitely check:
- Firefox on Linux
- Internet Explorer on Windows
- Preferably check:
Check HTML is valid

Open the HTML file with e.g. MacroMedia DreamWeaver
and run a validation on your file to find syntax errors.

Overflows
The centre column may occasionally overflow into the right
if the right one is underful.
This can be a nice feature or really annoying.
If you don't like it, don't
leave the right column so empty.
